Holiday in North kolaka

A few monts ago when my friend and I went to Nourth Kolaka for holiday at the time after all students the end Final Test,my friends and I have plening for Refressing the one of part in south east Sulawesi, two days before we was prepared our things and all our needed during Holiday, and on july 22 exactly Sunday at 07,00 o’clok we leave Makassar to Kendari by using ship for journey, it was was a nice journey because we meet a touristh from Canada, he was a student From one of university in Canada his name Cristian, he cema to Indonesia country for reaching about Indonesia culture aspecially in Tator and we most chated a lot with him.

The following day we arrive in Kendari hobour at exactly 04,30 pm after we were all took off from ship directly we searching a car for contined journey to North Kolaka, during our journey is non-stoped to see the view from within car, apart very far and street turned to luff to make the us very tired. about clock 13.30 us even also arrive at one of countryside in north Kolaka, we even also take a rest in a housing own the citizen which have in drawing up previously about clock 07,00 us even also in invited by one of citizen, its name is Wandi, to see the nature panorama which is there are in north Kolaka, one of them is blue lake aparting about 4 km from our lodging. we very intereting for what we see, really excrutiatingly its view, its have water really blue chromatic and in encircling by stoney and grove compiling natty, in between there are a holey stone. we will not forget the experience which that making happy, we even also return to lodging of exatly clock 17,00. with the happy feeling. its night is we visited a market traditional with a few us friend coming from the countryside, we buy some goods make present. about our 07,00 morning clock even also leave the the countryside and do the journey back to Makassar by using a car. we go through the street land from our place countryside lodge. we even also arrive at the Makassar of about clock 21,00

A unforgettable experience, and we even also plan to return to north Kolaka, still a lot of view which we not yet visit upon over there.

Losari Beach

Losari Beach is a nice pleace interest, excited and confortable to visit. it is located in west Makassar at exatly near hobour and biside or opisite Rotterdant building or Makassar people said “ Benteng Rotterdham “. it was a nice pleace that visited by thousands of people in every day espeacelly in weekend day, they come from many region in south sulawesi example there are from Bulukumba, palopo, maros, ext. but not only from in sulawesi but a lot of visitor. from are overseas example japan, Amerika, Jerman, ext for refreshing only there, causes of there are many things that can see there like Hotel wave, speadbour and even there are several people spent their time from morning till night with their family only to enjoyed this pleace.

Located Losari Beach about 4 km and about 30 minute from here, and located in northside town makassar, located losari beach is town boundary, there are a Hospital Plamonia, and encircled by cafe and restaurant which, there are adjoining a bridge there are a monument, beside west of there are spandrel and street going to a supermarket

( GTC ) there also there are a fortress " Rotterdant " and is upstate the than losari beach is]port Makassar. location which do not far from downtown facilitate the us to visit it, to earn there we can utilize the public transportation, or personal drive, a very interesting place to be visited by that beside is we also can go shopping various goods traditional which is a lot of sale do not far from coastal bridge center of losari.

Some days my friend and I ever asked some people about it, and there many dufferent kinds of opinion whom given by them but I can only one conclution from their opinion that losari beach is the best pleace in makassar and important for all sulawesi.

several days ago my friends and I have been there just for Refreshing it was relly, really good, nice, interest, exaiting and comfortable pleace in makassar so everybody like to spend their time money their family for enjoying it pleace.

MAKASSAR TOWN SQUARE (M-TOS)

M-TOS or makassar town square in perintis kemerdekaan street is one of department store in makassar. It is designed very luxurious than the other department store in makassar. It has multi functions, beside as shopping center, it also as a relaxing place because there were many entertainment places. If you enter to the M-TOS you can find different place which had different function too. For example in the supermarket case, people just shopping their daily necessary or household equipment.

Makassar Town Square ( M-TOS ) is divided into four floors. The first floor is basement. It used as parking area for all visitors. If you enter to there, you will see many cars and motorcycle who parked with so neat. In the second floor, there were some places such as supermarket, book store, accessories shop, and clothes shop. At the third floor, in every part you can get seller in every part. But there was a big shop and it is especially sell the clothes for teenagers and children. Name of the shopping place is “ RAMAYANA “. Many people like to shop there because it has standard price and many choices so the visitor can choose the cloth that they want. Now we move to the fourth floor or the last floor. Actually it is my favorite part because there just place for playing games or the people usually called by “ TIME ZONE “. In the time zone you will meet many children and teenagers playing the different games. Beside game place, there was a restaurant. It was preparing many kinds of food and if you starving you just ordered the food and go to cashier to pay it.

As a result, if you visited Makassar Town Square you can get many entertain and also to find out the happiness. In the other hand, Makassar Town Square is a good place for people who like shopping; it opens everyday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

SPENT HOLIDAY IN MY VILLAGE

At the last holiday, on August 15, 2007, I came back to my village. It just for spent my holiday with my family. Actually, it is my habit to apply my free time in my village because my parents and most of my family live there. My village’s name is Sengkang. It is one of the place that produce silk. So the people usually called it by “ Sengkang Kota Sutera “. If you enter there, you will see there were many people weaving silk and it is interest because you could know how to process it. Located of my village is so far from Makassar and usually spent five or six hours to go there. Than, you must pay about forty hundreds rupiahs.

Nevertheless, before I come back to my village I must be order the car with calling it driver by phone or ask him directly. After I call him, he will come to pick up me in my home. At the time, I leave Makassar after dawn pray at 05.00 a.m. o’clock. I come back to my village by car that I had ordered. On the way, sometimes I slept and then I woke up to enjoy the panorama around me in every place. But, in the street the car also had many problems, for example an accident, traffic jam and the other issue. It was make me so bored because the trip had stopped for several time or more. So that, when I’m on the way back to my village, I never forget to play music in my hand phone to stay away from my boring’s feeling. About five hours later, I arrived in my village and my family will be gathering in my home just to meet me and asked me about the situation in Makassar. They usually said like that “ Fitri, what are you bring us from Makassar as a givers?” I just smile to them and take them anything in my bag. After that, I went to take a rest because it was an exhausted travel. When I woke up, I went to take a bath directly and than helped my mother to cook in the kitchen. If I have free time. I will visit my friend’s home and sharing with them about our experience. Although I don’t have many friends there, I still happy because I can do anything that I want and my family just gave me their support.

As conclude, spent my holiday at the village was so interesting because I can met with my family especially my parents, my sister, my brother, and my grandmother. In addition, I can share with my old friend about our new experience and sometimes I often to visit the recreation place in my village.

Holiday in Malino

In August 2007 was a day that I will never forget. In this month my friends and I went to Malino for spent our holiday after final test. About 13 people, they were Fitto, Hajri, Leny, Hilda, ummi, Asman, agus, anwar, arja, Ulla, Middin, Ular, and me. We came there by car. Before we went there we gathered in Multimedia Library and take a picture. At 08.30 a.m. we started our journey. On the way we were happy because one of our friends always made we laugh. At 11.00 a.m. we arrived in Malino. There was very cold. We planned spent 2 days in Malino, we will going to waterfall and Tea Garden.

The first day, we just stayed at Agus sister’s home. After we take our equipment we take a rest for a hours. At 12.00 p.m. we prayed dzuhur and then the women prepare our supplies for lunch, while waited the women finished the men used their time to play grambol. Two hours later, my friends and I have finished cooking and we were lunch together. We spent the first day with sharing our experience, play guitar, grambol, and card. There was very cold so we must prepare our clothes. At 12.00 a.m. we decided to slept because we have another schedule. We will going to tea Garden and Waterfall tomorrow, so we have to saved our energy.

The second day, we went to Tea Garden and Waterfall. At exactly 05.00 a.m. we awoke, actually we were lazy to woke up because there was very cold. After down pray we tried sport, we were jogging together. At 06.30 a.m. we breakfast and then make preparation to waterfall. We were there on foot. We walked about 2 hours. On the way if we found interesting place we didn’t forget to take a picture as a memorable. Finally we arrived in Waterfall but before we enter un there we must pay ticked 2000 rupiahs for a person beside that we must across “tangga seribu” and did you know it’s made me exhausted but pleasant. About 3 hours we spent our time in Waterfall. We took a bath under Waterfall and didn’t forget take a picture. At 12.00 p.m. we back to Agus sister’s home to take a rest and lunch, after that we make preparations to go Tea garden.

At 03.00 p.m. we went to Tea Garden by car, but before that we asking permission for Agus’s sister. About a hours we arrived in there. The weather was cool. We were happy because it’s the first experience for us. We go around Tea Garden while take a picture. We can’t saw clear because there was misty. At 04.30 p.m. we decided back to Makassar, actually we didn’t satisfy in Tea Garden because we just a moment in there.

We left Tea Garden at 05.30 p.m. we all exhausted so in the car we all slept until we arrived in Makassar. Holiday in Malino was unforgettable moment for us. It was interesting experience for me and I unpatient to share with my family.

Every one in the world has a mother like me. Mother is a who give birth us, beside that mother is a who have many characteristic, for example she must kind, humble, strange, lovely, fair act. Without mother we can’t do anything. In my life mother is a hero. I can’t imagine what happened in my life without her. I think my mother is a good person.

My mother’s name is Roslah. She is a teacher in Elementary School. She was 45 years old. She has light skin, straight and black hair. Her tall about 150 cm and she has average built. She is talkative beside that my mother gets along well with everyone. She is always nice and never fights with people. She always gave me spirit. My mother work hard for supported my study. Every day my mother woke up at 05.00 a.m. and she prepared breakfast for her daughter and her husband. My sister and I very love her. She always fair with us.

At times my mother was angry with is. She didn’t like if we noisy and late back to home. My mother has many hobbies, she like watching TV, take care of flowers, and cooking. Her favorite food is seafood and her favorite drink is tea. My mother also like smile and she is a generous person.

I’m very lucky have mother like her. If I become a mother future, I will become like her. I have promised in my heart that I will make my mother proud of me. I will try to always make her smile and never cry.

The Birtaria Kassi is a tourism object to be located in jeneponto regency. Distance from Makassar to this located more or less same with distance Makassar - Malino. The different’s Malino in Gowa regency is recreation place in mountain are so fresh and then Birtaria in Jeneponto regency as beach area. Afterwards there are several facilitas is like swimming pool, take a rest place, swing, and motorboat usually used for around island Libukang two miles. Next many visitor go there is like foreigner and other region.

Every on Sunday many people to visited Birtaria for recreation. Before come in, we must take a ticket and pay three thousend rupiahs. And arrive there we can enjoy several facilitas is like swimming pool. If we want to enjoyed bath offer water special for adult and then there are swimming pool also special for children in put separate with complete change room . The tourism object to support with seven villa and in a row face to beach.Apart from that, the villas are used as meeting room. For interested is a view wonderfull when sunset to intend come in the sea. Kinds of colour lights. Red, yellow, and orange to compact in barenda cottage.

The visited this place will sense not complete if not see biota there in the sea nature. A view sea object Libukang island that is big shell, a snail, shrip and crab also many there marines Libukang. Beside that, this object has nature characteristic namely mountain climite and beach’s mountain with white sand nice gaze and enjoyed.

Birtaria kassi is special place, comfortable of neighborhood. We hope tourism object birtaria not only become stop over locall tourism, domestic, and tourist.We must save so that became the best recreation place.

ISSUE TSUNAMI

Two years ago, excatly july 2006, was that event I will never forget all his time because between funny and sadness. Issue tsunami is experienced in my life. Last time, I was slept well together my aunt on the bed. And my grandmother was slept beside bedroom is mine. My parents and I not stay together.

At excatly, 02:00 a.m, suddenly neighbor of mine knock the door and said get up…. get up…. tsunami will happened in our village. I was surprised and get up,my little heart said “ what can I do now ? “ Afterward I look out, impact many people to ran on the street and bought their things. Then I left home too and met my parents, but they are was calm down and fixed stay in home. The next I look at to the mosque there are many society guther and they were to have done pray while cry. Most of them go to the hill for evacuted and found a tent there to avoid tsunami.Grandmother and my aunt follow alonng too.The other people go to chek situation in the sea,but condition there never mind.Meanwhile, the one who make funny for me,one of them carried his a horse go to evacuated also in other outback but until there he also abando his a horse. Apart from that,I feel pity to a woman bear new brought her baby go out also. We were wait up to morning but not happened.

The next morning , they come back to home and take a rest because very sleepy then carried back their thing contains pillow, bedsheet and clothes.But in the afternoon, they were evacuated again in the other village during three days.Because they were still worried and confused.

Five days later, we get information that weather in our village it doesn’t matter.According to chief of village that give inform about tsunami is robber, because one of society’s home had robbes and their things ran out. Finally, we were can calm down but we must attentive also.

The event last time was an lesson for us and an experienced for me.We know that disaster had to fix a time by Allah Swt. Maybe no one will ever forget that event. And we must careful in order that no repeat again. Amin…..!!!

My room there in second floor, so before we gone to my room. We must pass the door, some room and then passed stair after that we passed some room again and the edge we arrived in my room. If we after in my room we can saw my room very well only about 3 meters for wide.

The part of my room is hunger in the behind of my door, in the first wall the are mirror, accessories, things for make up, electric swatch in the second wall there is window and third wall there are is photo, my schedule, watch, calendar and the last wall beside door there is place for my shoes and the ceiling there are fan and lamp.

At Saturday night ago, we partied in the rooms one of our friends exactly in the rooms Warni because her birthday so she supplied many food and music. Warni, Eda, Irma, I and the other felt get freedom to danced, laughed, sing a song and expression our idea. We felt very happy and about 01.30 o’clock we flit exhausted and tomorrow we must go to Campus so everyone back in their rooms for sleep.

We slept soundly because exhausted so about 03.00 o’clock we didn’t hear that the thief was climbing the wall and opened the door and make broke. The thief rounded our boarding house but no one heard the thief do it. Suddenly we heard noise from rooms Irma and Eda, they in one room because usually like that so we didn’t care.

Suddenly we heard again Irma and Eda were shouting for help “ Sister help ... Help … Thief … thief … thief …so every one get up but we did not do anything because the thief has take her hand phone and have run and at the time was raining and no man in our boarding house . We all are a girl so we can not anything for helping them. Only cried and embraced Eda and Irma who was cringe.

Eda said that she heard sound in her door but she thought only a cat so she got up but she saw hands in the under part of her door so she called Irma her met room. “ Irma thief … thief … “ . and she can not shout because she feared but before Irma got up the thief hade make broke her door so the thief direct look headphone’s Eda in the beside her. And then Irma got up and shouted but the thief have run and climbed the wall with his friend. Eda and Irma saw did not one but two. His friend wanted in out door and one of them enters to our boarding house. Eda saw the thief have body short their slan dark and one of them wereas hut, but Eda did not know how.

My friend cried, she very sad because she feared with her parents will be angry to her. But we give spirit. “Don not cry… your parents will not angry to you, they love you”. The rice has turned porridge your hand phone willn't back. We must back to God and be carefully always.

SITUATION IN THE MORNING

One day at 05.00 in the morning, I went back to my bedroom after took a pray. I didn’t want to slept again but just lie-down for waited a day light. But I was retless, I didn’t why?. Little by little I appear to left and right. Finally, because I didn’t stand up, I woke up from my badroom then I opened the room’s door slosly because I woried if my parents woke up.

When I arrived in front of home, I saw the weather began bright, not cause the sunrise but the month shine that nearly set in the west. There were many stars I the sky. It shine like dew in the middle a great field. But the stars of the east began faded. The lark chip above tree then fly to lad to catch caterpiller and cricket. Other birds began to left from bird house and jump from tree by tree, other also wishtle and sing.

Situation in the morning is a situation when all of the people begin busy to do somethingto look for their life in this world. INTRO : He has a dream to be a doctor

His mother didn’t agree when she knew about Hamka’ss job

BODY : Hamka has a dream to be a doctor. He will did whatever to realize his dream. He fill his free time with a job in a supermarket. But when his mother knew about his job, she didn’t agree, because she thinked jo made him tired and he cuoldn’t studied well.

CONCLUSION: he has realize his dream and he has made his mother happy. Although he is a doctor, but he never different his poor and rich patient. He is very friendly and kindly.

HAMKA’S LIFE

I have a neighbour and friend, his name is Hamka. He has dream to be a doctor. His mother is a teacher but his father was died since he 6 years old. Hamka has a lot of spirit to ralize his dream, but he didn’t want to use his mother’s money to his school. He will do whatever to realize his dream and he want to his mother happy. He is only-child but he really didn’t want to use money other people for himself. He want to be an idependent. He was one of the best student in his school.

When he studied in elementary school, he fill his free time with a job. He work in a supermarket near from his school. Hi did it at different times: before school, sfter school, and at weekends. He never shy what he did. Some his family said it was a godd effort, because by doing jobs we earn money, and therefore learn to be independent. Hamka thiked it was very good for himself. Beside got money, he also got experience.

But when his mother knew about his job, she didn’t agree. His mother thinked, however a student shouldn’t work. She belived that students have two full-time jobs already: growing up and going to school. According to his mother, job made Hamka tired, so he couldn’t studied well. He tend to lose his tempers easily. He also tend to fall asleep in his class. And when he worked, his classmate usually made fun of him. His mother thinked wducation was more important than money.

He didn’t care what his mother said. He try explained to his mother what he did. He said that it was good for him, at least for those who cann’t affrod to travelled to places of interest. Doing nothing makes irfe dull. A long holiday without any activity bored him. Moreover, he earned money and experience life. After his mother listen his explained, his mother agree. So he save his salary to payed his school and other need.

He did his job until he lecture in university of doctor. But when he was KKN and made skripsi, he was very busy so he stopped his job. Now he is being a doctor. He is very happy because he has realize his dream and he has made his mother happy. Slthough he is a doctor but he never different his poor and rich patient. He is very kindly and friendly. Until now he still job as a seller, he sell madicines.

Eremerasa is one of recreation parks in Bantaengregency, the place is about 15 kilometers from Bantaeng town. Eventhought the place is far from the town but it is always visited by society from other town because the place is very strategic and easy to be found.

In there, we can see how beautyful the place, listen twitter and shirp of several birds, feel the soft breeze that show how cool the place, and many big and high trees on the hill. That show how interesting the place.

Fresh and cool water at the swimming pool and flowing water that follow where river flows. Actually these waters come from the root of the big and high trees, these trees are usually called “Erasa Trees”

Furthermore, in this nice place, we can see waterfull that comes from the mountain and the roots of strees, because of water purifier are in the place. So Bantaeng government produces drinking water namely: Air Qita the water that come from Ermes Area.

Six month ago, there was an incident in my town. It makes us starhed. That was a Robbery, the distance between my house about 10 meters. That event in BRI bank. It served society where in there. Nobody known that incident because it was at midnight. The people who stayed in there had been sleeping and it had no security.

At 11.45pm, I had not slept yet. I was doing my tasks in my bedroom. There were many tasks was I working, namely reading exercise, conclution about listening comprehension and structure task. All my family was sleeping because they were very exhausted have done work in along day. Than I heard my neighbour was screcimed that there are thief in own town and other person sounded alarm danger signal. I was very surprised and afraid because my bedroom nearby terrace. I stopped all my activities then I woke my father and brothers up. We in throngs out of the home.

At the time my mother shocked because I caried than my mother took me a glass water from the kitchen. After that she and I followed the other to at event place. In there was very crowded, from a child until old person. Than Mr. Junaidi as a civilian petroll called police. I saw the windowspauce of Bank were completely shattered. The thiefs didn’t openn the door. Nobody brave entered to room because the police had not come yet.

Manager of BRI bank named Mr. Husein was shocked when he know it. He wanted to enter the room of bank but my father prohibited him. He advised and told him that the police didn’t come. At exactly 00.30am, the police come, as soon as they invistigated the place of case. And the result, there were three men in incident. The bank lost two set compute, a laptop, 5 millions rupiahs money. The place had already calculated how much lost out it, it was 50 million rupiahs.

The society surprised about that ancident because it was first in my town. No anybody ever imaged it would happened. The manager of BRI bank was traumatic. Mr. Husain take two securities in bank and society took guarding in our town. Now my town become peaceful and tranguil.

Two weeks ago, I went to Bajipamai supermarket. It was located in near by Central of Makassar city, in Ranggong street number 8. I usually go there every month for buy daily needs. Bajipamai have lower cost than other supermarket. In ourter part, many buildings soared up to the skier. In the left is third campus of UNISMUH. In the right is KFC restaurant.

I like shopping in it. We usually get discount if we have money items purchased. The place easy for extend to member of society like we can go there by pete-pete, pedicab, motorcycle. But I like by motorcycle because it have the parking wide at north. I can finish in speedy and the parking is free. The parking is very feacefull because many securities in there.

When we enter in main door, usually ladies pick up us with friendliness, and freshness air condition what put on the door. I ground floor near by door are storage place of goods. We have two entrust to our goods accept purse and handphone. About 5 meters we can find small cafeteria what prepare kinds at the north. At the south many kinds of cooking spices like garlic, onion, pepper, part, at east many cooking oils in some brands.

In the middle of ground floor we find two stairs go up and go down to second floor. The stairs are combination red and white colors. We not tired to climb it because only twelve steps we can find second floor. Most be known that stair go up in left and go down in right. Now in second floor, we can see many cosmetics tools. At the nort, many tools of cooking and eating. At the south we find many soaps namely bath soaps and laundry soaps. Many shampoes and parfumes at the west. And in the east many electronics goods.

CAMPING

In the afternoon, I pick up my friends by car and near 08.00 PM we are going to there. All of brings tools. From supplies, camp and so on.

Travel to there enough so far, and we must trough arrives. And past bridge and bushes in the darkness. But we fixed happy because we have many friends.

Near 09.00 PM, we arrive there, and direct put our camp and looking for timber. It is job by mans, this is the first time I followed the “camping” (and my mother give me chance). In the night the situation very silent, out side there is full moon. We’ve and our friends sing a song by play the guitar. Our agenda is baking corn while sing a song together (but I just listen, because I can not sing while eat something).

A long time ago in Prambanan Palace lived a king named Baka with his beautiful daughter Roro Jongrang . many rulers wanted to many Roro Jongrang, so they competed for her. When Bandung Bondowoso conquered Prambanan, he killed King Baka a battle. Bandung Bondowoso let Roro Jongrang live, but she was supposed to marry Bandung. She refused, making Bandung humiliated and offended. Roro Jongrang struggled to escape, but it was in vain.

Finally Roro agreed to marry Bandung, but on one condition Bandung had to present a big wonderful place with one thousand sculptures in it. And he had to finish it before the sun rose. He agreed. Bandung immediately called his invisible friends for help. They did what their master ordered. Knowing it, Roro was worried. It appeared they would finish the work before morning and would not stop.

What can I do? Roro though in a panic. Suddenly she had and idea. She awake her maids and nannies, and asked them to do their daily routines as if morning had come. Four years I go to I entered in senior hing school in SMA Negri I batang jeneponto located in jeneponto. i went to registered my self with my parent,I look some information my self with my good school from adventarment and my friend who studied in there.

When I was senior hing school,at the time it was the first time I went.to the school and after that I arrive in my hew class and enter it. But at tree tome I have not friend anything because, I relised that I didn’t go to the students basic orentesion (MOS) where the MOS we can get any friend and we can know other. Where the others friend said that it was a warst class that other.

Days to lays I passed on the class and I thong that what my friends said. It was wrong, cause, my class was the best that others. All of my friends were clever occlude me.

I live jln Sultan Alauddin street number 19, in my dormitory, it was a wonderfull shape and white and orange color and two flower. It also has two floors that devide into sixteen rooms. Every room has some size about 3×5 meters. The first floor has eight rooms that expencially for masculine.

The were two toilets in the right side at behind. Beside the toilets. There was a sum and kitchen room. Some with the first floor. The second floor devided into eight room too. In the middle, there was a living room. My room’s site in the second floor. Exactly on the right side of living room.

In stayed with my cousin in my dormitory we were study at the sole university and same major too university. Her name is Asriani Nur, my room is 3×5 meters, it also green and white color. Ali Baba

Once upon a time there where 40 thieves who put the stolen money any treasures in a cave. When they wanted to come in the cave,they said to the cave entrance, ”Open sesame!” a poor man saw them while they were doing that, so he heard the opening word. After they left he went towards the cave and open it. He was surprised to see a very large quantity of money in it. He took some of it and went back home soon.

After that he became a rich man and his brother wanted to know how he became rich. One day his brother followed him to solbe that mystery. Next day the brother went back to the cave and opened. He found a lot of money but when he tired to get out he could not. After a few minutes the thieves came in and saw the brother.

The boss asked him how he knew about the cave so he told them the story. They killed the brother and went to find Ali Baba’s house.

Next morning the thieves hid in big jars and went to Ali Baba’s house. The boss and two of his man pretended that they were merchants. Ali Baba invited them to lunch. After lunch they took a rest. The house maid went out and found 4 thieves in the jars, so he boiled hot oil and poured it on their heads to kill them.

After that Ali Baba lived in happiness forever. ”the Cakra” and it cut his off. Some of the drink, however, spilled over Batara Kala’s head, and this made his head live forever. From then on Batara Kala continued to live without his body.

Batara Kala was very angry with Batara Surya and Batari Chandra ang tried to eat them, but the God and Goddess escaped. Batara Kala got angrier and from that time on he has never stopped chasing them.

Batara Wisnu wanted to protect the God and Goddess and ordered the people on earth to make a lot of noise whenever there is an eclipse. The noise would help Batar Surya and Batari Chandra escape from Batara Kala’s throat.

To this day people beat objects like rice grinders when they see an eclipse. They stay in their houses and pregnant woman are told to hide under their beds in order to avoid Batara Kala’s anger.

Yesterday, my mother and I went shopping to a supermarket. All the things there have fixed price, so we couldn’t bargain at all. There were many discounts. On the weekend, the supermarket sell more vegetables. Some of the things were very cheap, but some of them were expensive. There were also clearances sell on clothes. The price of the clothes were reasonable.

We bought a lot of things. We bought ten kilos of rice, it was Rp. 5.500 a kilo. My mother want to make gado-gado. So, we bought all the ingredients.

First, we bought a basket of potatoes Rp. 10.000,00. Then, look for some beans. We got half a kilo of bean for Rp. 2.000,00. We also got half a kilo of carrots. We spent Rp. 3.000,00 for the carrot. Then we went to the egg seller. We bought two kilos of eggs for 12.000,00. We did not forget to buy they peanut, we spent only Rp. 10.000,00.

We also bought five bars of soaps, a tube of tooth paste, and three toothbrushed. My mother also bought a bag of detergent. It was Rp. 9.900,00. A bar of soap was Rp. 1.700,00, the toothpaste is Rp. 3.000,00 we paid. Rp. 6.000,00 for the toothbrushed. Well, we spent a lot of money yesterday

This phone is popular because it can be carried easily from place to place.

One of the most interesting things about cellular telephone is that is actually in extremely sophisticated radio-a two way radio. When you talk into telephone, it picks up your voice and converts the sound to radio frequency energy (or radio waves). The radio waves travel though the air until they reach a receiver at nearby base station. The base station then sends Your call though the telephone network until it reaches the person you are calling.

When you receive a call on your cellular telephone, the signal from the caller travels trough the telephone network until it reaches base station close to your cellular telephone. An Accident !!!

Four years ago, approximately a year after I graduated my senior high school, I experienced an accident that I will never forget. It was a motor cycle accident. It was Monday morning and no body at home except me that washed my clothing, my father went to the school and my mother was going to the market.

At the time, when I was washing my clothing. One of my neighbor came and asked for help to give a ride for her husband named “Mr. Ahmad” to me. Since her husband couldn’t ride a motorcycle by him self. Then without finished my washing, immediately after took a bath I got dressed and direct went to Mr. Ahmad’s home. At exactly 9.00 pm, both of I and Mr. Ahmad departed by motorcycle. On the way, we talked anything while I road by fast moving without though if it was a rush hour. Not so long, we entered to the city. Way a head I saw many people crossed the way, I reminded if it was the rest time certainly, there were many official went out for got lunch but I still road quickly. At the same time, suddenly a man crossed then I sounded the horn but he didn’t hear it lastly, I struck and made him thrown side the street. But none of I and Mr. Ahmad were fallen. I didn’t know exactly what was happened for the victim. Because as soon as we road and ran a way directly. Meanwhile, the crowd gathered to help the victim. some of them yelled and tried to stop us.

At the meantime, the policeman chased us since he was faster so he could stop us and carried us to the police office. In the police office, I and Mr. Ahmad on the interrogation. After we were interrogated, the police decided if I as the rider had to get in to the prison since had struck some one. meanwhile Mr. Ahmad was freed of the case and only reported twice a week. I was stunned, because I never experience yet before. I asked to Mr. Ahmad to back home and told to my parents if I was on a trouble. Then I was brought by the police in to the prison.

In the afternoon, my parents came to see me. They were so sad because it was the first time for their son became a prisoner. And then, my father said if he would make every endeavor so that I could get out from the prison immediately. The police also said if the victim was in the hospital and broken his leg.

The first day in the prison like hell and I feel like a different man. It really made me bored, I just sleep on the floor sometimes without pillow. Luckily, there were another prisoner by the cases differently such as thief, murderer, gambler and so on. They got a long fine with me. Day by day I passed by the sadness, every day my families came to bring me food. It was really really made me sad.

A week later, I got information if the victim ready to make peace with me and had recovered his broken leg. But my parents had to pay some money for the police as the guarantee and also for the victim to change his financing of the treatment.

Finally, I was freed and back to the home, I realized if I had experienced the serious problem, I had lost much money by that accident. It was my first bad experience that made me trauma. However, it taught me a lesson how to be cautious on the way and I promised for my self to always be careful wherever would I go.

Cape bira

In south sulawesi, there is an interesting place called” cape bira”. It is located in bulukumba about 200 km or three hour drive from makassar city. To reach it, we pass some region such as gowa, takalar, jeneponto and bantaeng. it is one of the tourism object which many local visitor and tourist from foreign country come to visit it, even some of the tourist leaves there for along time.

Almost everyday, some people are visiting it. but it more crowded on weekend normally they come from the other place with their families and relatives. some of them spend their holiday by that way and the other spend all day refreshing after they do work all week.

Cape bira has a beautiful view of the sea with the white sand and the long beach. Everything was beautiful, in the day the weather is getting hotter. the heat stings the skin but, however hot the sun is we can enjoy for walk along the seashore in the warm sunshine and watch the water since the wind is blow with the breeze. Most of the visitor prefer to swim instead walking since the water is clean and clear.

A half kilometer before we enter it, the first we will pass the portal and have to take the ticket Rp 5000 for one. When we get in, there are many seller that sell the kind of fruits, beverage and some food all the street. The visitor who doesn’t bring the supplies can buy there but occasionally, the cost is too expensive, it would better if we have prepared at home before. In the out side the beach area, there is a parking lot special for cars and motorcycles. It is large and on Sunday all section 0f the parking are full of vehicles. in the side over the beach, there are many rows of villa, each villa faces direct to the sea and surrounded many trees. It has complete equipment with bedroom, living room and bath room. if we will stay for along time or only for several days we can rent it and just spend little money. around the villa there are several restaurant that serves variety of beverage and typical sea food like : shrimp, fish, crab, squid and many more. too, we are entertained by full of music show and singing while we enjoy the beautiful landscape with our food inside the restaurant.

When we are on the beach, there are many things that are to be done like swimming, playing, and walking along the seashore. If we want to swim, we can rent the buoy as safety belt and enjoy our swimming whole day. All along the coast there are caves that consist holes of the big stones. It has a cool weather inside so We can use it to take a rest if we are exhausted, we can see also many tourists are on the beach that are lying and sitting in the sun. bira beach also faces with kambing island, it is not so far about ten minutes to go there by boat and only one mile from cape bira in this island there is not people leave there.

Everyone has his own way of relaxing on weekend, perhaps it would be a good chance to go to the beach includes in bira beach. I think it is an interesting place to visit that give us a satisfaction, there are many things that we can do in this place, we will get the real life there.

Aristotle was born in Stageira, Chalcidice in 384 BC. His father was the personal physician to King Amyntas of Macedon. Aristotle was trained and educated as a member of the aristocracy. At about the age of eighteen, he went to Athens to continue his education at Plato's Academy. Aristotle remained at the academy for nearly twenty years, not leaving until after Plato's death in 347 BC. He then traveled with Xenocrates to the court of Hermias of Atarneus in Asia Minor. While in Asia, Aristotle traveled with Theophrastus to the island of Lesbos, where together they researched the botany and zoology of the island. Aristotle married Hermias' daughter (or niece) Pythias. She bore him a daughter, whom they named Pythias. Soon after Hermias' death, Aristotle was invited by Philip of Macedon to become tutor to Alexander the Great.

After spending several years tutoring the young Alexander, Aristotle returned to Athens. By 335 BC, he established his own school there, known as the Lyceum. Aristotle conducted courses at the school for the next twelve years. While in Athens, his wife Pythias died, and Aristotle became involved with Herpyllis of Stageira, who bore him a son whom he named after his father, Nicomachus. According to the Suda, he also had an eromenos, Palaephatus of Abydus.

It is during this period in Athens when Aristotle is believed to have composed many of his works. Aristotle wrote many dialogues, only fragments of which survived. The works that have survived are in treatise form and were not, for the most part, intended for widespread publication, as they are generally thought to be lecture aids for his students. His most important treatises include Physics, Metaphysics, Nicomachean Ethics, Politics, De Anima (On the Soul) and Poetics. These works, although connected in many fundamental ways, vary significantly in both style and substance.

Aristotle not only studied almost every subject possible at the time, but made significant contributions to most of them. In physical science, Aristotle studied anatomy, astronomy, economics, embryology, geography, geology, meteorology, physics and zoology. In philosophy, he wrote on aesthetics, ethics, government, metaphysics, politics, psychology, rhetoric and theology. He also studied education, foreign customs, literature and poetry. His combined works constitute a virtual encyclopedia of Greek knowledge. It has been suggested that Aristotle was probably the last person to know everything there was to be known in his own time.

Upon Alexander's death, anti-Macedonian sentiment in Athens once again flared. Eurymedon the hierophant denounced Aristotle for not holding the gods in honor. Aristotle fled the city to his mother's family estate in Chalcis, explaining, "I will not allow the Athenians to sin twice against philosophy." However, he died in Euboea of natural causes within the year (in 323 BC). Aristotle left a will and named chief executor his student Antipater, in which he asked to be buried next to his wife.

Kuta is a town in southern Bali, Indonesia. A former fishing village, it was one of the first towns on Bali to see substantial tourist development, and as a beach resort remains one of Indonesia's major tourist destinations. It is known internationally for its long sandy beach, varied accommodation, many restaurants and bars, and convenience to Bali's Ngurah Rai Airport.

Kuta was the site of the October 12, 2002 Bali Bombing (202 killed) and the October 1, 2005 Bali Bombing (26 killed).

Kuta is now the center of an extensive tourist-oriented urban area that merges into the neighboring towns. Legian, to the north, is the commercial hub of Kuta and the site of many restaurants and entertainment spots. Most of the area's big beachfront hotels are in the southern section of Tuban.

Legian and Seminyak are northern extensions of Kuta along Jl. Legian and Jl. Basangkasa. They are somewhat quieter suburbs with cottage-style accommodations, where many of the expat crowd live. Jimmy was a son of Peter and Maria couple. He lived in Jakarta with his parents and young brother. Usually, he lived at home just with his young brother when their parents leaved to went to MANADO. Jimmy's parents was a Businessman and they had to leaved their family to work. One time, jimmy's parents got an accident when to MANADO with used plane and both of them died.

Jimmy was very sad went he was watching the news on TELEVISY about the plane's accident. His parents were in the plane. He knows that they died. His life was different now, no mother to call helping him and no father to help in over came his problem. Beside that, he had a young brother and he didn't want him to know about it. So, he kept his sadness for himself. Although, he actually lived with his grand father now, but his grand father was too busy in his business. He didn't had time for him even he only cared about his young brother, willy.

Jimmy didn't had spirit to did something anymore. Nobodies cared him now. He felt alone, but he loved his young brother so much. So he decided to forgot all and began a new life. His grand father found a baby-sitter for willy but willy didn't like her. Jimmy helped Willy to chased his baby-sitter. His grand father was angry to know about it. He asked jimmy to took cared Willy by himself. Jimmy always wanted to made Willy happy. He always did what Willy wanted until one day, jimmy wanted to looked for birthday present for his grand father. Willy wanted to went with him. Even though, it was too difficult for him to granted his brother request, but he had too. Than they went together, in the way home, his grand father saw them and very angry to jimmy. That was because jimmy hitchikesed Willy by a bycicle and he think it was to dangerous for Willy.

One nigh Jimmy was playing a game with Willy while he was watching his Family's cassette. There were his parents his relatives Willy and him when he was serious watching the video, Willy came into the room, directly Jimmy switched off the TV but it was too late because Willy had already saw it. One day, Jimmy can't defended any more. He was too sad because of grandfather's behavior. Always blaim him and didn't believe him. He really missed his mother. He then came to a cliff doing something dangerous there. As he usually did when he got problem and missed his mother, while his was hanging down in the tree. Willy was coming was tried to be near of the cliff side of the helped Willy but his hands couldn't defended and he fall down.

His grandfather was very sad to saw Jimmy's condition. He realized how bad his behavior to Jimmy. He even never helped Jimmy to finished his homework to Jimmy's problem. Now, Jimmy was lying down in front of his mother's picture. He didn't wanted to be safe if he was only to be a physical handicap person. MAKULA'

TANA TORAJA is one of the famous place in South SULAWESY. Its known, not only that because of its tourism place but also its natural custom. It is on a high plateau and its area consist of mountain and value. He distance from MAKASSAR it is about 300 kilometers and be able to reach by land street for six hours with bus and another cars, and beside that, TANA TORAJA can be accessed too by plane with just fifteen minute on trip. One of famous tourism object in TANA TORAJA is MAKULA'.

MAKULA' is a bathing place with warm water. It is located in SANGNGALLA' village and it is about six kilometers from MAKALE city. MAKULA. Can be accessed by car but a lot of foreign tourist reach it by foot. MAKULA'S bathing warm surrounded of hill and wet field rice. Besides, the bathing warm, there is one of tourism place that is a water fall named "SARAMBU". it is not very famous than MAKULA'. The source of river In MAKULA' came from KANDORA'S mountain. Its volcano is print but is not active until now.

The first view when we enter in MAKULAS'S areas are lodging for the night decorated portal of MAKULA' made by traditional TORAJAN house style. In the navel of areas consist of pools, bathing room and rest room. There are many kinds of pools. At the beginning of the pool for children until sport pool. All of the these pool filled by warm water from river in macula'. MAKALU'S water smelts like egg smell. That caused of sulfur content in the water. There fare all of the visitors have to take a bathe again after swimming there.

For the visitors want to stay at the MAKULA' the developer has provide lodging of the nigh. The visitors can also walking to relaxation in around of MAKULA'. They can see the wet field rice, water fall and adventure in KANDORA'S hill.

If we want go to MAKULA', we will get new experience because MAKULA' is interesting place and attractive special for visitors. Not only bathing, the warm water but also can explorer in around of MAKULA', be cause its consist of several kinds of tourism object.

AMAZING

Rhina as a daughter of couple Mr. tony and Mrs.Tina. she was born in not perfect and she could not see well. she had a good teacher, namely Miss.Mary. Every afternoon and morning she had to come and teached her. Rhina is a filled wonder when she considered immeasurable contracts between to lives who connect.

At the afternoon was very brightly. she was standing on the porch , day dreamt about her live in the future like a dumb people,expectant. vaguely, she saw her mother's sign from the hurrying to the house that something was happen, and she ran to the door in hurry. she felt there are something approaching to her like foot step. As soon as streached out her hand to her mother. Someone took it, and she was caught up and than held close in the arms of her that had come to reveal to her.

In the next morning, her teacher came and gave her a shoes when was trying it. she was saying to her "s-h-o-e-s". while wrote itin her paper. She at once interested with it and tried do it, she tried it more and more again and finally she could spell it correctly. So she was happy and pride. She was running downstairs to her mother like childhood and said that she had spelt word"s-h-o-e-s" correctly. Beside word shoes, the teacher gave her some words like book, sad and work. Then she was given time longger to learned it until she really understood.

One day, when she was playing her teacher came to her again while brought hat. And said" h-a-t". Rhina also repeated it but uncorrectly. As soon her tescher reevaluated about all the word which was ever learned by her. Slowly, Rhyna begun spelling that words"s-a-d, b-o-o-k, w-o-r-k, and s-h-o-e-o". Suddenly her teacher was very happy because the words shoes could be mentioned fluently althought the other word was mentioned slowly. Mrs.Mary thought that Rhina could be mentioned it well because at the time she showed it directly. After that they walked down the path to the well house. Someone was bringing water. As soon her teacher take hand and into in it. While said "This was a water". She felt cold and spelled word"w-a-t-e-r". The first slowly and than rapidly. She really knew that water meant the wonderful cold something.

The returned ti the house, every object which she touched had aname and each name gave her a new thought. When they arrived at her house she felt very amaze, everything with the strange was happened to her. It was a wonderful she could see all the thing really. She tried to mentioned something that arround her and wonderful came to her again . Where she could mention all it. Fluently and correctly.

Unaware her eyes filled with tears and for the first time she was very happy. All the people who loved her include her parents, specially her teacher was very happy too. So Rhyna and all the people gratefull.
