BOROBUDUR TEMPLE

Borobudur is located in Boro village, Magelang, Central Java. It lies about 20 kilometers from the Magelang city. It is an ancient temple and a relic of Buddha religion. Around this temple, there are many big trees that make this destination comfortable. Borobudur looks like a lotus flower of blossom in the middle of a lake because it is informed on Menoreh hill. Borobudur is the biggest temple in Indonesia, even in the world. Therefore we should admire it and protect this relic as a historical place.
Borobudur is one of famous temples in the world. Its greatness and its beauty make the visitors interested to see this building. It is really exciting for sightseeing. We should take a travel tour and guideline to go there. Then go by on foot to reach the temple. On the way you’ll feel the fresh air and see a beautiful scene of the natural environment around you because there are many big trees.
You can also some villages, hills, and mountains around you. If you visit on Waisak day, you will see some Buddhists come to this place. They celebrate their holy day at Borobudur temple. It is the biggest celebration in this are and full of milie wisdom. We can feel cool heart and peaceful in this celebration.
Arriving in front of its gate, we’ll see the foundation of this temple namely, Kamandathu. It is decorated with beautiful pictures carved on its body, beautiful relief. It makes the visitors starting interest. Borobudur has four gates. It lies on its direction. Each gate lies at west, east, north, and south. All gates can be used as the entrance of this temple.
After Kamandathu is Rupadathu. In this area, we’ll see a square building and some relieves decorated on it. If you see the relief, you’ll see that the relief describe a life story and it looks beautiful. In Arupadathu area, there is no any relief again, but we’ll see some small domes namely Stupa. You can see a sculpture in each stupa. Visitors sometime take a picture near the stupa.
Borobudur is a beautiful temple to visit. It has a greatness and beautiful design and it looks wonderful as the biggest temple that people ever made in this world. On its wall there are many relieves describing about life story, like war, peaceful life, prosperity, and etc. people sometimes say it just a myth. Some people believe that when you touch the sculpture in the stupa your wish will be granted. No matter about the myth. Borobudur is a wonderful place and it is good to visit.

THE BEACH

The beach is a fun place. I go to the beach with my mum, dad, and my sister. I played, swam, ran and built sandcastle. I feel happy on the beach. A beach has a beautiful scene. It has golden sand, bright blue water, and it’s nice when the sun is shining brightly on the water. It is nice to sit on the golden sand. Next holiday I want to go to the beach.
It’s time for holiday. We go to the beach. We drove in out car and we prepare anything for going to the beach. And not forget carrying food. After that, we went to the beach. The beach was so beautiful. It had golden sand and bright blue water and the sun was shining brightly on the water.
We sat down under a coconut tree near the edge of the beach and enjoyed the scenery in there. I had a great day at the beach. I played the sand and build a sandcastle. Then, I swam in to the sea and tried to jump the waves as they came in. my mum shouted, “Don’t do that!” Then, I met two friends and asked my father, “May I swim with them?” he answered, “sure!” And we go to swim.
It was time to go home. I had a wonderful time at the beach. And I asked my mum,” May I go again soon?” She answered, “Sure!” it’s a nice holiday, and I was really happy at the beach. I hope for back again next holiday.
