IMPERIAL ARYA DUTA HOTEL

Makassar where previously known as Ujung Pandang is the biggest city in the eastern of Indonesia, becomes the trade gateway to the eastern. It cause many people visit Makassar, both of pleasure or business. There are many hotels for them who wants to enjoy Makassar for days and nights. Imperial Aryaduta Hotel is a five star hotel which located on the side of Losari beach, around 45 minutes from Hasanuddin airport. This hotel is located at around of the business centre, entertainment, and some of tourism objects in Makassar city.

NARATIVE ESSAY

MY LIFE JOURNEY

I was born in a beautiful and fresh village. It’s about ten kilometers from Enrekang town. The village is so natural with big trees and makes me can breath deeply to feel the air fresh. I always remember in my mind and I always miss being there. The village is Lekkong.
When I was a child, all of my friends joint the kindergarten school except me. I never felt sad and never asked about that, but it was caused by the financial problem. I have a big family with six brothers and three sisters. Even thought I didn’t go to school, my brother still taught me how to write and read.
At the next year, I enrolled to the elementary school. Six year later, I graduated from the elementary school and continued to junior high school, but my father disagreed with my idea. Therefore he enrolled me to the Islamic boarding school. They thought I would get a lot of things about Islamic learning and I would be a god man. I felt so sad because I had to stay away from them for a long time. I graduated from that school after studying for three years and prepared myself to move to senior high school.
In senior high school, I was a naughty student and it made my parents feel angry and sad. One day my parents were called by the head master because I was found smoking a cigarette in the school area. It made him angry and shy so I told him that I wouldn’t do it again. I felt regret for what I had done so I study seriously. After studying three years, I graduated and my parents asked me to continue my study in university.
I took English bachelor degree in the university and then I looked for a job. Now, I always remember my life journey, especially when I was a child playing with my friends in the heavy rain. That’s why when I feel stress and tired with my job, I took a holiday for a few days to my hometown so I can feel happy and get a new spirit in my life again. And then, I return to do my job with a fresh mind.
