Anjungan Bahari Losari Beach
One of tourism places in Makassar is Losari Beach. This place always visited by domestic and foreign tourists. It is located in Penghibur street, one of main road in Makassar. Everyday central street full of activities because there are many business ad commercial area in this part. So that, it is strategic because it is not far from hospital and surroundings by float restaurant and a small island. This place becomes crowded in the afternoon and Sunday morning because it is an interesting place.
Anjungan Losari Beach becomes an interesting place because people spend their time there. They can enjoy a beautiful view, sunset, fishing and swimming. In this, we can held wedding ceremony and music concert or in the Sunday morning, it usually held gym altogether.
This places is divided into three parts. At front side, there is parking area. It is front on main road. This area is wide and it can receive many vehicles. It costs is cheaper, just 1000 rupiahs. So that, there are many people like to go there. This area stretch along a length from left to right. The entry way is in the left side and exit way is in the right. So, vehicles can be regulated nicely.
The second partis in the middle side. It is kinds of landscape, there are benches, palm trees, five-foot way, and mini tower. It is a unique architecture. These are wide and important part because we held wedding ceremony and music concert that receive lots of people. The most interesting in this area is the letter name of Pantai Losari that we can read from all side.
The last partis in the back side. At the back, there are bridge and float extension. Before we go to float extension, we walk through a small bridge which made of wood. It slope slightly and slicker, so we must be careful. If we are on thefloat extension, we feel fly because it shakes repeatedly by wave. Also we can swimming and fishing in this area.
Anjungan Bahari Losari Beach is alternative choice for us. It is a recreation place which inexpensive for our family. It is a place that better to refresh our mind. Also, we can relax and feel happy whwn we see a beautiful view in the special moments. They are sunrise and sunset. So, we come back to home with peace in our heart.

Unforgettable Moment to be a New Student in Muhammadiyah University
in Makassar
We went to Unismuh as a new student in Muhammadiyah University of Makassar, we were proud as students because it is one of qualified university in Makassar. Many students studied there and chose department that they like. There are many department in this university and English department was favourite department after PGSD. Although it is a private university but it has the same quality with state university. As a new student, the first activity was joining in Ospek that made us kow about campus and got many friends.
Ospek were be exhausted day and nice day because it held in three days. During three days, we might arrive in the campus at 6.00 A.M. and went back at 6.00 P.M. In the first day we might arrive in the campus at 6.00 A.M. and used black skirt, white shirt and almamater coat for the girls and for boys used black trousers, white shirt and almamater coat and the most important, alla of students might use their ID card. The activity in the first day was in Auditorium building, but before enter the room, we might line up in front of and enter the room one by one based on their group. Activities in Ospek began with welcome speeches from the dean then from the leader of department from each departments. After that we went to pray together in mosque and had lunch for about 15 minutes. After that we went back in the room yo continue our activity, but in this section we were very happy because we got entertaiment from KARBIT group till the second rest, so we didn’t feel tired. After they finished, we went to pray for about 20 minutes and went back o the room to listen the speeches about the role in Ospek till 17.30 P.M. After that we went back home.
In the 2nd day, we were separate into several group based on the faculty like FKIP, SOSPOL, and TEKNIK. The students from FKIP faculty entered the Auditorium because its had many students than the others. Its first activity in the second day was reading newspaper after that speech from staring committee. The last section was games like sing a song or read a poem and after that we bought supplement from our senior. We might write the advantages and disadvantages and collect to our senior. After that, we went back home but before we were gave tasks to bring a balloon and broom for tomorrow.
The last day was au unforgettable during Ospek because the activities were very different with yesterday. Before we entered the room, we collected in the field to fly our balloon as a symbol that our Ospek is ended. Then we might sweep the floor and the field before we continue our activity. The next activity was closing speech from the dean and sing a song Mars Muhammadiyah by all of students that leaded by the dean. And the last activity, we might collect the signature from the stering committee and seniors. It was very difficult task because we might be looking for them anywhere. Anyway, we were happy join in Ospek.
We got many advantages from Ospek such as: we got many friends from other city and different culture. So we didn’t confuse in the campus anymore. Beside that, we could improve our knowledge and skills about writing and speaking from the task we got and games.
