NARRATIVE ESSAY

JACKY

This story was begun when Mrs. Gaby gave a birth for a baby in the hospital. It is a simple hospital. “Thank God, my wife. Our child and you are safe.” “Yes, my husband, our child is very lovely and handsome.” Mr. John is only a farmer. He brought their child back to their home using a simple transportation.
Like the learning of the prophet, Mr. John did aqiqah (a special Moslem ceremony for a baby by cutting its hair and also slaughtering two goats for male) and gave his baby a well name, Jacky. Mrs. Gaby always gave mother milk to her beloved baby and supplied by love and affection. Jacky was satisfied with simple toys which are made of plastic.
When he was study, Jacky used to go to school on foot with his friends. Beside the general lessons, Mr. John always gave a religion lesson to his child and guided him to put into practice. Therefore, on Friday Jacky used to go to the mosque in time to get the front row.
After nine years in primary school, he entered the public senior high school for three years. He graduated his senior high school with excellent grades. And then he tried to follow selection of student requirement for state university. At last he did it. He entered the Medical Faculty.
After graduated from the Medical faculty, Jacky was accepted as a civil servant and he got a duty at one clinic in a little village. Not taking a long time, Mr. Jacky got married. They always save their money for specific purpose. At last he brought his parents to Mecca.

DESCRIPTIVE ESSAY

WONG SOLO RESTAURANT
Wong solo restaurant is one of a big restaurant lies on Sultan Alauddin street. Its place is very strategic because it is near the highway. Its building is very beautiful and unique because it is made of ebony and its building looks like an ancient castle of Makassar. In its yard, there is a wide parking area and a beautiful garden adorned with beautiful flowers. There are also a fountain in a pond and mushollah.
Everyday there are many people visit Wong Solo restaurant because it serves various kind of nice and delicious meals. The waiters are also so friendly and respectful. All of them are Moslems. Beside that, hey just offer a friendly price so it is easy for everyone.
Wong Solo building is also uses for wedding party, birthday party, and even for meeting. For wedding party, Wong Solo gives the front building as the best place. For birthday party, Wong Solo gives a room behind the front building as the best place. This room use lesehan tables so people are interested to use this room. For meeting, Wong Solo prepares a special room so that they can concentrate to their meeting.
Wong Solo, indeed, one of the best and the most complete restaurant. It is also comfortable so people can enjoy their meals. If you don’t believe me, you can come and have your meals there. It’s guaranteed of satisfied.
