PRINCE AND PRINCESS FROG

Long ago, in a land far away, There was a lazy prince lived with his mother, the queen and his father the king. The prince was a very happy and coddle boy. He had a handsome face and he was really proud of it. All he did every day was just playing and playing games. He never worked hard and always asked his servant to do everything.

When he was sixteen, the king and the queen would make a big party to him to celebrated his birth day and tried to find a princess to him. But along the party he never felt happy, it becaused there was no a beautiful princess who could make his heart beating. “meid, what’s wrong with you? Asked his mother. “mom I feel unconfort with this party and why I cant find that princess who always in my dream? ” he answered.

After that party, the prince always looked sad. “where can I find my princess ”. suddenly a peri appeared in front of him. “why do you look so sad my child” asked the peri. “I have been looking for my princess who always in my dream but I never find it” the prince answered. “oh.. dear tell me about you dream may be i can help you to make your dream come true” said the peri. Than the prince explained about his dream than in his dream there was a beautiful princess looked at him with eye full of tears and said “help me.. help me”.

Now the peri understood about that princess so she began to tell the story about that princess. “my prince, 10 years ago there was a very evil wizard, she didn’t like if she knew that there was a beautiful princess so she turned the princess be came a frog”. “I have to help her, I know she needs me and after help her I want to ask her to merry me” said the prince. “well.. my princes you can go to the lake in the west of this country but remember… only one frog is a princess and there are many frogs over there so just be careful” said the peri.

So he went to the lake and found there were many frogs over there, “How can I now which one is the princess “ he whispered. Than he began to kiss all the frogs one by one but nothing happened. Suddenly the prince saw a very different frog, it looked beautiful and also clean than he picked up the frog and kissed it and “bang!” the frog turned in to a beautiful princess. “princess you are always in my dream, will you marry me? Asked the prince”. “marry you, no way. I will never marry the prince who has kissed all the frogs in this lake but by the way thank you for setting me free” said the princess. And than she walked away and left the price with face is bewildered. The prince went home with tears in his eyes.

ARGUMENT ESSAY

THE SCARCITY OF PETROLEUM

Petroleum is a very precious thing for middle and under community from many years ago until now. Most of this community depends on petroleum because it is reachable price, they cannot cook if there is no petroleum in their home. In this era, the price of petroleum is becoming more and more expensive but still reachable for middle-under community. Herewith that, the petroleum becomes scarcity in all markets.

People are becoming more and more difficult to get petroleum. Except scarce and expensive , they have to go to the dealer and be in queue for hours until their turn to get only for 5 liters petroleum. Even they have to bring their family card to get it. According to dealer, they have to bring their family card, so all the families can get petroleum, if not they can not get it. The dealer does it because the dealer afraid that there are some families to be in queue for more than once.

The scarcity is getting worse and worse caused by many factors. Some of them are some people pile up the petroleum, oil subvention from the government is detracted and the transfer of petroleum to gas.

The scarcity is happened last few years because of some people pile up the petroleum. They buy much petroleum and than they keep it. They use it by their selves without any cares for the impact to the other people, so the other people will be hard to find petroleum. The other reason for them to pile up the petroleum is, if the petroleum becomes scarcity in the markets , they will sell it with the high price and they will get many profits for that. Normally, the price for petroleum is 2.000 rupiahs but in scarcity time can be Rp.5000 until Rp.7.000.

The other factor is the less oil subvention from the government. The price of petroleum is more expensive and it makes people inconvenience. The government assumes that the international oil price increases and also national economy problem forces the government to decrease the oil subvention. Even They will eliminate petroleum and change it to gas.

According to the government, their willing to transfer petroleum to gas is a very good idea. They think that gas is economic than petroleum. In other hand middle-under community don’t agree with the government. They prefer petroleum than gas because they think that gas is too expensive, they don’t know how to use gas and also they afraid of using gas because of the rumor that gas is easy to explode. That’s why they prefer to use petroleum even it is so scarce.

The scarcity of petroleum is so hard for middle-under community. The government should be able to handle this problem because this is a national problem. The writer think that government should give more subvention and give punishment to people who pile up the petroleum so the price of petroleum will be normal again.

RAHMA RENT HOUSE

Rahma rent house is located at Jl.Perintis Kemerdekaan 4. It is near by Hasanuddin University and also supermarket TopMode.Arround rahma rent house, there are many rent houses, even we can say that almost 80% the houses there are rent houses. Every day we can see the busy activity around Rahma rent house because most of people live who there are collage students.

Rahma rent house is one of the famous and beautiful rent house around Jl.perintis. From the front before we enter, we can see a small beautiful garden in the yard. Beside the yard there is a parking area, there I always park my motor cycle. This house has two floors, the base floor for the men and the second floor for the women include me.

This house has 42 rooms, 20 rooms and one big room complete with bathroom up stair and 20 rooms and one big room complete with bathroom down stair. Those two big rooms are in forepart of the house and they are lived by the owner of this house. Where is the kitchen? If I want to cook something there is a kitchen in the back of the house, just straight on along the lane and you can find it in the end of the lane, and where is the toilet? it is side by side of the kitchen.

I rent one of the right rooms, I have a very nice room. The size of my room is 4x5M². When you enter to my room, you can see directly a sweet blue walls with picture of my family hanging on the wall, and than you can see TV, my medium bad and also my wardrobes. There is also a small table for me if I want to read or do my home work. I really love my room. I try to decorate as nice as possible for me, and I think I still want to stay there until I finish my study.

Ana is a student of Senior High of Bajeng. She is an active girl. She has a favorite sport. It is cycling.

One day, Ana woke up in the morning and felt the morning sunshine across the window of her room. On that day, she ad prepared her stuffs to support her to make his hobby, cycling. After taking a bath, she got dressed and went to the garage. She took her bicycle. After a second, she was ready to pick up her friends, Uni and Linda. They intended to join the cycling tournament at their school next Saturday. Therefore, they had to practice their skill every morning to face that day.

Suddenly, her father cam and asked her to stay at home because their family from Jakarta would come this morning. He asked her to help her mother cleaning the house. He said to Ana that she had to cancel her cycling for that day. Ana said that she didn’t want to stay home because she had made a promise with his friends.

She resisted her father’s command because she really wanted to follow the tournament. On the other hand, she didn’t want anyone disturb her hobby. Her father seemed upset and didn’t say anything.

Her mother came to the garage. He listened to Ana and allowed her to decide what she wanted to do. She didn’t mind if Ana didn’t want to stay home because of that reason. As the consequence, Ana had promised to them to clean the house after finishing her activity. Ana agreed and said that she felt so sorry for leaving them because she had promised to her friends for the activity. She asked her parents permission and promised to them to do this task after she had finished her practice.

RUDI’S HOME

Rudi’s home is located at Jl. Faisal, Block F, No. 6. the location is on the center of Faisal Street. We need 15 minutes to get there from Pettarani street. Because of the location lies on the center, it is noisy and crowded. There are many vehicles passing in front of his house. The environment of his house is really nice. Because his neighbor is friendly although they never mood us before, but they smile to us. Everything is easy to get at Rudi’s home because beside of it, there is a store which sells feed and drinks.

Rudi’s home is not too big but not too small. If we see from out side, there is a small garden when we passed his fence. There are Kamboja flower which is yellow and grass which is always neat because he always cut it when it looks higher. Still in the out side, there is a garage to ark his motorcycle. The garage is not too large because it’s just for two motorcycles. Having looked the outside, we move to the inside.

Because Rudi’s home is average so he has to arrange his room as good as possible. When we move inside, we were directly in his living room. It is a unique room because of the position of its room is not usual. The position of the sofa is circle and the table lies on the center of the sofa like a meeting room in an office. Next room is his kitchen. There are cooking tools which are hang on the wall like pan, cooker, and etc. everyday Rudi should cook by himself because his parents do not live in a same house. Near his kitchen, there is his bedroom. His bedroom is really dirty and disorder. The smell of his room is like a smoke. Rudi is a hard smoker. There are many cigarettes where are scattered on the table on the floor. There are many dirty shirts on his bed.

Rudi should rearrange his living room as good as possible because his living room is not too large and he has to change its position. Rudi should clean each room and make them tidy so no more ash of cigarette in each room. He has to buy an ashtray in each room.

LAKEY BEACH

Lakey beach is one of reacreation place in Dompu regency, NTB Province. Its location is far from Dompu town. that place is very crowded and interesting. Many people visit this place because Lakey beach is very nice and beautiful for relaxing, refreshing and for recreation together with family and friends.

Around of Lakery beach there are many trees grown and many of stalls and restaurants serving various menus. There are also some villas for taking arrest or staying. Not only that, there is also a hotel for tourists that come to the beach. Its location is very strategic and very good. Lakey beach is vast and in there, the white sand spread on the coastal lip. It’s a beautiful scene.

The scenery of Lakey beach is very beautiful and it’s very nice because around of the beach, the view is very vast and many beautiful places for taking photo. There are also some big corals that people sometimes use it as the back ground of their picture. People also sometimes take a relax and have a seat on the coral to enjoy the nature.

Many tourists go to Lakey beach from all sorts of country. They like it very much. They enjoy playing ski on the big wave. Many Dompu Society also like visit this beach to speak with the tourists.

Beside of Lakey beach, there will be a big building and and other facilities for the beach. It will complete the Lakey beach and see the view around Lakey beach because the place is very good, strategic, and the facilities is enough complete.

RECREATION IN BANTIMURUNG

Two months ago, my friend and I went to Bantimurung. It is the biggest waterfall in Maros. We went to this place for recreation after having examination. We prepare everything we need there. I prepare the lunch with my friends. After preparing all we need, we got on the car and then went to Bantimurung. On the way, one of my friends played guitar so we sang together. Arriving at the entrance of Bantimurung resort, we really felt the fresh and cool air around us. Bantimurung is a beautiful place.

We directly took a bath when we found the waterfall. We were so happy and glad. It is very wonderful and it’s more amazing and we were very enjoyed with its beautiful waterfall. The scenery around its waterfall is also so natural and made me amazed. This was my first time I came to Bantimurung.

Afterwards, I joined with all of my friends swimming in a small pool under the waterfall. We swam together. Although it looks crowded and noisy because of the waterfall, we still enjoyed our recreation. I felt so cold and fresh swimming in the fresh water.

When the time showed 13:00 o’clock, it was time to get lunch. We had our lunch together near the waterfall. After having lunch, we went to take photo together around the waterfall.

At five PM, we were felt tired, but were satisfied swimming in the pool. We went back home after enjoying the panorama of Bantimurung waterfall. We went back by on foot to see the scenery before Bantimurung. This was my best experience and I promised I would come there again in another time.

This story was begun with Mrs. Abdullah bore a child at the simple hospital in Makassar. It was a simple hospital because it wasn’t too big and its cost was cheaper than others. Three days later, Mr. and Mrs. Abdullah went back to their home. After that, they held “AQIQAH”, they killed two goats for their son and gave him a nice name. His name is Djaelani. Mrs. Abdullah always gave a mother’s milk to him and he became their beloved son.

Djaelani became health because a mother’s milk. He was a funny and satisfied to play with a simple toy which made of plastic. When he entered school, he always went to school by foot with his friends. He studied many lessons at school, beside that Mr. Abdullah also gave the religion lesson to him and guided to put into practice.

Every Friday, Djaelani went to Mosque on time to got the front row because he became a devout person. After nine years in primary school, he transferred to general school for three years and graduated with the excellent grade. Next, he followed SPMB and he was accepted in Medical Faculty.

Surabi is a cake. It is made of flour, milk, sugar, and salt. Then pour in the cookie mold and roast on the charcoal. And then choose its toping. There are chocolate, cheese, milk, peanut, meat with chillie sauce, and etc. its price is cheap, just Rp. 2,000.-. And also it is delicious. This cake is familiar in Bandung, so its owner wants to introduce it in Makassar. In fact, everyone in Makassar like it.

When you go to this place, you will find the entrance door. It is one the left side. When you arrive, you will get a friendly welcome from its waiter. Then you can choose the table that you want to use. The table is on the right side and inside. On the table, there are spoon, fork, a candle light and tissue. Its atmosphere is cozy and the light is not too bright. So, it become so romantic and you’ll feel comfortable.

The diner is an alternative choice when you want to spend your time. You can eat a delicious cake. And also, this place is suitable for family and friends. You can talk whatever until midnight without scare to thrown out. You can held your party too and of course, you can add up many friends.

Campus Unismuh is located at the east side of Makassar city, it is place in front of extremely strategic because civilized on Sultan Alauddin for excellent door and On Talasalapang street for the second door. When come in the excellent door we can see post that civilized on the right side, and there is a library at the front side of the campus.

On Talasalapang street, we can see mini hospital and in front of it, there are secretariat of FKIP, Agriculture, Economy, and A,B, and AB buildings. Behind of AB building, there is basketball play ground and Talas Unit of Student Activities. After that we can see a famous building, Head office that is still in the same building with the library. Behind of F building there will be a Muhamadiyah tower and some buildings like laboratory and boarding house.

Campus Unismuh has various faculties. They are FKIP, Economy faculty, Social and Politic faculty, Technique Faculty and etc.

Student activities in this campus is the campus concordant with them appitude and attention between UKM Talas, UKM football, UKM Corong, UKM KSR, UKM Mapala, and UKM HIzbul Wathan. The students now and then will go to the library to read a book in the library because reading a book is a course of knowledge.
